
1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Face to face sessions available with multiple packages available. Expert coaching during sessions to ensure competence with technique and being pushed to your limits in the safest way possible. The sessions will be designed based on your personal goals and a free program is provided for any face to face clients. Check in’s are included to help track progress and review results.

ONLINE COACHING
Access to my app which allows personalised coaching without me being present. I will be able to see your activity via the app and will be in touch on a weekly basis to check your progress and wellbeing. As I want the highest standards for all of my clients, there are limited spaces available so please don’t hesitate to join my team. Availability will be refreshed every 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
